West Point Training USAFA has partnered with Recess.tv, a virtual platform built by fitness instructors for fitness instructors, to make it easy for you to workout from anywhere. We offer both personal and group training (small/large). This platform provides unique tools and features that brings the virtual West Point Training USAFA experience as close as possible to our in-person training.
